Disconnect plug (1).
Remove protective cap (2).
Remove nut (3).
Remove screws (4) with washers (5).
Pull out alternator (6), noting judder dampers (7) in the freewheel.

Place judder dampers (7) on the freewheel and insert alternator (6).
Install screws (4) with washers (5).

Remove nut (1) and remove holder (2).
Remove screw (3) with washer (4) and rubber washer (5).
Remove bushing (6) and rubber sleeve (7).
Disconnect hose (1).
Pull the fuel tank slightly forward.
Disconnect plug (1) for fuel pump and plug for fuel gauge (2).
Disconnect breather hose (3).
Unclip fuel feed line (4) and ease the tank back to remove.

Check the O-ring in quick-action coupling (4) for damage; replace if necessary.
Attention: There is no guarantee that damaged sealing rings will seal correctly. Use only O-rings in perfect condition.
Place the fuel tank in position, open the latch on the female coupling of fuel delivery line (4) and, applying light pressure, press the male adapter into the female coupling until it engages with an audible click.
Connect breather hose (3).
Connect plugs for fuel gauge (2) and fuel pump (1).
Connect hose (1).
