When We May Issue Refunds

- The manual file is corrupted and cannot be opened
- You received the wrong manual for your vehicle
- Technical issues preventing download (if not resolved by support)
- Duplicate purchases made in error
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after downloading
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
- Incompatibility with your PDF reader (free readers are available)
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
